Where do these defaults come from?
We benchmarked across 1,200+ Shopify stores running Account Editor. Edit-request rate (8%) and shipping-issue rate (3%) are median values; cost per ticket ($7.50) blends agent time + tooling. Adjust everything to match your numbers — that's the point.
Is deflection rate realistic at 80%?
